Knitted Beaded Amulet Bag
This class requires a preparation class in advance of the beaded bag class.
This will be about an hour in duration and will be the day prior to the bag class
(see class schedule). I will be available to help you with color selection and
will have thread available for purchase on the preparation day. The second
day will be a 2 1/2 hour class and will involve learning the seed bead technique
for knitting the bag. You will need to have your seed beads and thread for this
preparation.
Supply List:
- Perle Cotton #8 crochet thread (you may supply your own, or I will have
thread for you to purchase a $3.00).
- Metal knitting needles size 0000 (these are available at the store).
- Hank of size #11 seed beads (leave on hank).
- Knitting pattern book (Must have for class. These are available at the store).
- Misc. beads that will compliment your thread and seed beads for stringing
the necklace portion for your completed knitted bag.
This will be a fun class and will open your mind to other seed bead knitting
projects.
